EC Hands4Health provides a wide range of services to help treat clients. We work along with clients who are seeking chronic pain relief, recovering from an injury or managing pain. We specialize in Sport stretch, myofascial release, joint mobilization and more. Estina, the founder and Lead Therapist, has been in the field of Health & Wellness since 2012. She has collaborated with fitness centers/gyms, physical therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists through her career.

Our goal is to help heal and educate our community using herbal medicine. All of our products are organic and are intended to improve your body's overall health. With the proper nutrients and minerals, our bodies have the power to heal themselves. Embrace this power with nature's medicine.

Teen coaching sessions will help teens grow their confidence, set goals and deal with traumatic experiences. Coaching sessions are approximately 45 minutes via Zoom or in person. We address effective communication and explore goals, dreams and ways to accomplish the heart’s desires.

Sessions are one-on-one and take place via zoom or in person. Most people have weekly sessions. Short check in sessions in addition to weekly sessions are available via phone or email.
